A Weight off her Shoulders

Athletic trainer Jenny Lewis discovered a path to wellness – and financial freedom.

Less than two years ago, Jenny Lewis found herself in an uncomfortable situation. A figure athlete trainer, Lewis had just had a second baby and wasn’t bouncing back like she had when she’d had her first child.

“I had a variety of discomforts, and it was a little bit depressing,” says the fitness buff. A friend had been telling her about THRIVE for two years, but Lewis had told her she wasn’t interested.

“I just had this arrogant ignorance. Since I was in the health and wellness field, I thought I knew everything.”

“I just had this arrogant ignorance,” she says. “Since I was in the health and wellness field, I thought I knew everything.” But Lewis didn’t know how to make herself feel better, so she finally gave in to her friend and tried the THRIVE Experience. “I didn’t notice anything too significant the first week,” Lewis says. Her friend told her to keep going. “All of a sudden, on the eighth night, I slept through the night instead of waking up with discomfort in my hands,” says Lewis, who often had to soak her hands in ice water in order to soothe her inflammation.

“The issue with my hands never came back,” Lewis says. She immediately was sold on THRIVE and its other benefits, including giving her more energy and a better night’s sleep.

She also was intrigued by the possibilities of becoming a Promoter. “I realized I had clients all over the country who were trying all kinds of things to get more energy and soothe their own discomforts,” she says. “I knew I could help them in a way I hadn’t been able to before.”

Lewis became a THRIVE Promoter, hitting 4K within just a few days, and she got her Auto Bonus just five weeks later. “I didn’t really understand what was happening,” she says. “For a while, I thought it was too good to be true.”

But Lewis says she finally realized the potential of her new business last Christmas, when she was able to take some time off with her family and wasn’t the least bit stressed about money. “I actually got a bonus payout on Christmas day,” she remembers. Her husband recently was able to retire from a stressful job at the fire department. “That was a true miracle for our family,” says Lewis. Now, she puts in only a few hours a week as a fitness trainer, and focuses on her Le-Vel business, while she and her husband also spend time with their children.

“We both went from working crazy hours to being able to take extended vacations with our kids,” she says. “At the same time, I feel good about being able to give people something that they really need. That’s incredibly gratifying.”
